Q. What day/time are the Puppy Playgroups held at Katherine Place?

A. The Puppy Playgroups are held on Wednesdays at 1.30pm and 3.45pm and on Thursdays at1.00pm for puppies under 14 weeks old.

Q. My Puppy is not fully vaccinated.  Can we still come to the Puppy Playgroups?

A. Yes, all the Puppies invited have had at least one vaccination and the surgery is closed to the public and thoroughly disinfected prior to the Playgroup.  

Q. What services do you provide at the branch surgery?

A. We offer veterinary consultations, nurse appointments, puppy playgroups, repeat prescriptions, operations, x-rays and ultra-sound are referred to the Cassiobury Surgery.
Q. Do I need to book an appointment?

A. Yes.  We offer a wider range of consultation times and nurse appointments.  Please ring 01923 681261 to arrange an appointment.
Q.  What are your charges?
A. Our consultation charge is 36.50 (incl. VAT).  Please see comprehensive price list for other charges.

Q. My cat needs to come to your clinic but I don't have a carrying basket, what shall I do?
A. We sell cardboard cat carriers which are useful for occasional use and sturdier cat carriers which provide a more permanent solution.
Q. Do you have an emergency Out of Hours Service?
A. Yes, this is provided by Vets Now in Hemel Hempstead.
